Becky Eldredge is a young adult Ignatian writer and spiritual director. She has spent many years ministering to adults and young adults in parishes, on retreats, and through spiritual direction. Becky and I had a great conversation on the benefits of spiritual direction, the Examen prayer, and young adult ministry. She loves connecting faith to everyday life and has been steeped in the Ignatian tradition ever since a child.
