Clintons was previously known under the name of Clintons Cards but the company have rebranded, operating under the name Clintons, with new signage on their store fronts and also some new introductions to the products they sell.

The company was founded in 1968 by Don Lenwin and high street Clintons stores spread all over the United Kingdom. After entering administration in 2012, the Clintons Cards company was bought out by American Greetings who then became the parent company. Under the name Clintons, the company is building once again to be a highly profitable, quality retailer that sets the bar for their industry. Clintons specialises in selling greetings cards and other accessories that help towards celebrating special occasions. The CEO of Clintons is Dominique Schurman.
