Google Helpouts announced its closing up: Google.com.
I saw this Fail coming a mile away at its inception, when I got told them to blow it out their ass after they drove me crazy.
These guys super over micro managed the project from the get go. They made it unbelievably painful and hard just to even open your shop. Instead of letting brilliant social marketing minds work their magic, their micro managers of bubble gum chewing desk jockeys, made it inherently impossible to even bother with it.
Everything had to be submitted for review yada yada, it was bound to fail. If you are going to use professional social folks and marketers, get out of the way and let them kick butt.
Seriously some folks should just call and ask me if something will fail on how its structured. I could save them a lot of time.
