As part of the ongoing changes in the fitness area this season, the club have been supplied with foam rollers from the sports company, Newitts.
The players will be using as part of an active recovery. There rollers will be taken with them to training and will assist them during the warm down and recovery process.These can be used for the general public and people such as gym goers, amateur athletes, sports stars and as a general stress reliever.
Fitness coach Anthony White said: "The players are using them every day to relieve the build up of muscle fascia in order to help prevent those areas from becoming injury trigger points.
"The foam rollers combined with the other recovery processes that are currently in place will hopefully now reduce the risk of injury."
