Shortlist 
To put it simply, this was one of the best holidays my wife and I have ever been on, and certainly the best family holiday we have had with our two sons.
The chalet Nicole in La Plagne, as recommend by Zoe, exceeded every expectation we had of a skiing holiday. In its first year since a major renovation, the chalet offered both the personal space in the family suites, and the lounge areas for the whole group to eat, drink and relax together in. The children had a games and TV room, and the boot room even had a boot warmer….. which was a perfect start to the day!
The staff in the chalet were superb. From the moment we arrived until the moment we got on the coach at the end of the week, the team worked hard to make us feel welcome and at ease. They made sure we got started on the first morning as soon as possible and there was always cake and drink when we got back in from skiing! All the children made friends quickly and really enjoyed the company of the child-carers, which was a huge part of their enjoyment of the holiday. From sledging to ice skating, ice hockey to snowball fights and even birthday parties, the child-care team were always planning the next adventure, and even the parents joined in!

Seven children and two adults took advantage of Oxygene ski lessons at La Plagne Centre. All of the students have stories of speed, crashes and laughter, some even caught on film, and I think the best review that could be written is to say that everyone wants to go back next year for more.
There are so many funny stories to choose from. From my wife Sarah going down the Kamikaze run on her bottom whilst I carried her skis, to a moment of chivalry ending up with me straddling and taking out a whole safety fence at the top of a lift, but I think the children stole the show.
