Though there have been some privacy concerns about sharing information on social networks, that doesn't appear to have deterred the millions of users on Twitter, Facebook, and beyond.

In a new infographic, Popcorn breaks down just how much people are sharing during a given 60-second interval.

"It's no secret that people with smartphones use them alot. In fact, nearly half of us check our phones when we go to bed and when we wake up," the company said. "That kind of enthusiastic smartphone use is generating more content than we've ever seen in human history."

The number of people on social networks is pretty staggering. Facebook just confirmed that it now has more than 800 million users, people on YouTube upload an average of 48 hours worth of video every minute, and Twitter just last month.

That translates to about 293,000 Facebook status updates every minute, 120,000 tweets, and more than 2,000 Foursquare check-ins, every minute, Popcorn found. For more stats, see the infographic below.

Facebook recently , allowing companies like Netflix and Spotify to create apps that tell peoples' friends what they're listening to or watching on the services. Some people, however, weren't that jazzed that every single one of their friends would be aware that they were listening to Justin Bieber or Celine Dion, so Spotify at least to turn off the sharing functionality.
